Amazing…. It is the only way to describe Keystone Corvettes and Mr. Joe Shields.

My wife and I decided to sell our two collector cars this year and to replace them with one nice, drivable classic from the 1974 model year. After looking through hundreds of photos, the only model we were seriously considering was a Stingray Coupe. Searching the internet, I came across an ad for Keystone Corvettes indicating that Mr. Shields had a 1974 yellow coupe available at his dealership. Even though yellow would probably not be our choice of color, I decided to chance a phone call to inquire about the car. Wow!! What a terrific experience this all turned out to be. We decided to make the two and a half hour drive to Keystone Corvettes, with his invitation to come and look, touch and drive whatever was available to help us determine if a Vette was right for us. This trip was one of the best decisions we made. Mr. Shields is always helpful, answering every question, with no pressure tactics like typical car lots use. Although the yellow coupe was nice, it just wasn’t for us……but the newly arrived 1974 medium red with saddle leather was!! A few weeks later, after Mr. Shields had finished getting the car ready for sale, our burgundy 74 Stingray has found its new home in our garage. I have owned over 100 cars in the last 45 years and dealt with even more sales people and private sellers…..and I must say that Mr. Shields is really a one-of-a-kind guy. He is truly a pleasant and nice gentleman, who is extremely passionate about his business and corvettes, a man just as concerned about selling a good vehicle as a customer is about buying one. If you are in the market for a classic Corvette, make sure you contact Keystone Corvettes! Nice solid cars, great prices, and outstanding customer service before, during and after the sale!

You can’t go wrong with Mr. Joe Shields!!!
